How Volunteers Help the Village

  • Table Outreach — Sit at a table at churches, community centers, and public events with our “Lend Me Your Voice” materials and sign people up
  • Event Support — Help organize quarterly newsletters, yearbook compilation, and the end-of-year celebration
  • Skills Sharing — If you have expertise in social work, counseling, trades, education, or nonprofit management, your skills can shape the program
  • Community Ambassadors — Represent Achini's Village in your neighborhood, workplace, or church

After signing up, we'll reach out to match you with opportunities that fit your schedule and skills.

Achini's Village is built on the belief that fixing homelessness is a connected effort. We're looking for partners who share that belief:

  • Churches & Faith Communities — Host outreach tables, provide meeting space, connect us with congregations who want to help
  • Local Businesses — Sponsor events, donate supplies or transportation, offer job placement for future graduates
  • Nonprofits & Service Orgs — Collaborate on shared goals — mental health, addiction treatment, job training, housing
  • Government & Civic Leaders — Work with us on the 4-year program proposal to city council
